ALCOA TRIM SHEET
Quality trim coil begins with quality aluminum. And Alcoa is the industry leader in producing high-quality aluminum for maximum strength, durability, flatness, formability and paint adhesion.
Building on that quality foundation, Alcoa Trim Sheet is offered in your choice of three paint finishes, each providing outstanding scratch and mar resistance. Alcoa's Alumalure 2000® is a two-coat system consisting of a corrosion-inhibiting primer and an extra tough low-mar top coats of waterborne acrylic emulsion, providing exceptional adhesion, color hold, and resistance to chalking, fading and corrosion.
If your preference is the lightly brushed look of freshly painted wood, Alcoa also offers a PVC striated finish. Thicker and more durable than competitive PVC finishes, it provides a lifetime of beauty and performance.
The third Alcoa finish, KYNAR 500®, is an exceptional finish process specially formulated to reduce fading caused by ultraviolet light. Like the Alumalure 2000 finish, KYNAR 500 is applied in a two-phase process which includes a corrosion-inhibiting primer and a baked-on high performance top coat that resists chalking, fading and deterioration by chemical atmospheres.
After 15 years of exposure-testing in Florida, Alcoa Building Products can confidently state that its superior quality aluminum and exclusive two-coat acrylic finishes make Alcoa Trim Sheet the best system for your trim coil needs.
We operate with our certified applicators and own state of the art industry equipment to facilitate proper, lasting, beautiful installation of all the sidings and trims. We custom make special trims such as fascia, window surrounds, 45 degrees corners and many others with our 12-foot brake using color matched vinyl powder coated metal sheet goods. We do a complete job from start to finished trims that then carry a transferable manufactures warranty for our customers.

We use TOP QUALITY PROVEN PRODUCTS like Alcoa vinyl siding products and Tyvek underlayment. Although, if you are interested in a specific material from other manufacturers, we will be happy to provide it for you.
